WinAdmins uses Discord for sign-in. It's the same account you use in the community server.

We ask for the guilds.members.readscope so we can read your roles in the WinAdmins server. That's how we know if you're staff or a community hero. The connections scope lets us show your linked accounts (GitHub, Bluesky, and so on) on your profile. Nothing else is read, and nothing is ever posted on your behalf.
